Market Study

Infrastructure projects are key methods to channel continuous growth; it is a statement of economic competitiveness, standard-of-living of a nation while simultaneously solving societal issues of the future. The industry faces a myriad of challenges – our Research teams have identified significant shortages of industry talents in Design, Architectural and Infrastructure expertise that challenges the industry.

CASE STUDY

Principal Urban Planner

Client/European Consultancy
Location/North Asia
Market/Design & Consultancy (EDC)

Our Built Environment Vertical was tasked by a European Urban Planning consultancy to seek a well-experienced urban planning, expert with strong knowledge of the contemporary Asian landscape. The requirement was to fuse functional capabilities between road & rail transportation, and commuter facilities within an integrated interchange. A Singaporean profile was requested to provide fresh prospective in solving the heavy human traffic that the city is accustomed to, and the mandate was completed after a comprehensive 5-month timeframe. To supplement the breathe of the extended scope, we were also able to propose the recommendation of an additional senior team member from the local-workforce.
