Introduction
This appointment is a Management-Level appointment where you will lead a team and grow with Bayes in your career over the Long-Term.
*Note - it can be an Individual Contributor role should you not wish to lead a team
Duration
This appointment lasts for a tentative duration of 24 months (4 Cycles of Appraisal). You will progress upon accomplishment of targets.
Profit Sharing
Team-Overriding
Business Unit Profit Sharing
Individual Commission
40% upon exceeding 7.5X/Per Quarter.
AWS, Variable Bonuses/OTE and Incentives -
Introduction
This appointment is a Management-Level appointment where you will lead a team and grow with Bayes in your career over the Long-Term.

Duration
This appointment lasts for a tentative duration of 24 months (4 Cycles of Appraisal). You will progress upon accomplishment of targets.

Introduction
For Experienced Recruiters (18-36 Months Experience).
All Employees at the Principle designation are prepared for Partner-Track.
Duration
This appointment lasts for a tentative duration of 12 months (2 Cycles of Appraisal). You will progress upon accomplishment of targets.
Commission
35% upon exceeding 9X/Per Quarter.
AWS, Variable Bonuses/OTE and Incentives -
Introduction
For Experienced Recruiters (6-18 Months Experience).
Duration
This appointment lasts for a tentative duration of 12 months (2 Cycles of Appraisal). You will progress upon accomplishment of targets.
Commission
35% upon exceeding 9X/Per Quarter.
AWS, Variable Bonuses/OTE and Incentives -
Introduction
For Fresh Graduates, Inexperienced Employees without recruitment experience or Experienced Recruiters (<6 Months).
Duration
This appointment lasts for a tentative duration of 6 months (1 Cycle of Appraisal). You will progress upon accomplishment of targets.
Commission
30% upon exceeding 9X/Per Quarter.
