ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A well-established Nordic Petrochemical Refinery with a strong presence in both Europe and Asia is currently expanding and seeking established MAINTENANCE PLANNING LEADER for their Production & Process Business Unit. An attractive remuneration package coupled with various opportunities for growth awaits the successful candidate. Roles and responsibilities will include the need to:
Reporting to Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible to coordinate planning, scheduling, cost estimating, resourcing (including internal and outside labours and services, material and spares) for all maintenance, projects and shutdown activities to be executed by Maintenance
Coordinates planning of all maintenance, projects and shutdown activities executed by Maintenance. Resources (internal / external labour & services, material and spares) and provides costs estimates.
Develops, maintain and publish weekly maintenance schedules and reports progress daily. Coordinates with field maintenance, Operations, internal and external service providers / contractors / suppliers.
Collaborates with Procurement in establishing and maintaining supply / service agreements for frequently used supplies and services for planning efficiency and maintenance cost effectiveness.
Develops detailed specific work plan & schedule for project and maintenance activities spanning longer duration & complexity. Coordinates & collaborates with HSEQ, Operations, Technical and others as appropriate. Monitor progress for safe and on-time executions.
Champion compliance of maintenance work management processes (i.e. work order processing – progress, technical & costs, equipment history updates, etc.). Develop & conduct trainings when required.
Raise reliability issues affecting availability and capacity to be resolved by maintenance engineering resources.
Requirements
The successful candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/Masters in a relevant Engineering/Science discipline with at least 3-5 years of prior working experience in an Oil, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Chemical processing plant. Process development experience and Continuous Improvement experience is crucial. Cracker experience a plus, alternatively, Refinery/Petrochemical environment experience is a requisite.
