ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducting all aspects of project activities, including attendance to technical meetings and discussions with clients and suppliers

  • To assist and be accountable for all project accountability and planned financial budgetary constraints

  • Perform the human and material installation resources including installation supervisors, fitters, subcontractors to ensure successful project accomplishment as well as commissioning

  • Implement project execution, control, installation, testing and commissioning

  • Coordinate with subcontractors regarding their productivity rate in order to incorporate it into the scheduling process

  • Conduct regular meetings with all construction staff on the techniques of improving quality

  • Conduct site viewing on all defective works to ensure that they are not repeated

  • Maintain a good relationship with the owner and consultant

  • Regularly remind all workers and staff to execute safe procedures during the course of work.Requirements

The ideal candidate must have at least a Degree/Diploma in any Technical Engineering or Civil discipline with at least 6-10 years of prior experience serving within the Infrastructures and Civil discipline. You are expected to have strong experience in a similar role with good knowledge of current practices, codes of conducts and procedures. You must have a good command of spoken and written English, and be assertive and confident in nature. You must also be comfortable to undertake regional projects when the need arises.
