We are working with an established UK Manufacturing MNC in the Automotive Engineering segment.

• To provide industrial engineering support to manufacturing (eg. layout, WSI, routing, process/material flow etc.)

• To lead a team in productivity and cost improvement.

• Perform cost estimate study for potential products.

• Develop and establishes work standards, routing and WSI.

• Plan and set up manufacturing lines.

• Support new models start-up and ECO’s.

• Participate in cost and quality improvement.

• Supervise work group.

Requirements

The successful candidate should possess a Degree/Masters in Engineering, Industrial/Supply Chain, Engineering Sciences (Physics, Applied Chemistry or Mathematics) or a relevant educational background with approximately 1-3 years of prior experience in a Lean/Industrial Engineering capacity.
