We represent an International Scandinavian Environmental Sustainability and Consultancy Firm. Division: International Consultancy for Asia Pacific Office.

• Ensure BIM co-ordination on multi discipline projects, including managing BIM delivery of external consultants where we are the lead consultant

• Establish and lead the BIM Project Execution Plan

• Working with project teams to develop and implement project-specific BIM workflows related to design and data management

• Design, scripting, and utilization of BIM related tools

• On key infrastructure projects act as BIM strategic lead, guiding and monitoring BIM implementation

• Provide support on the implementation and use of BIM tools and associated IT issues

• Advise on best practice in the use of BIM tools across disciplines

• Monitor and report on current industry software and IT infrastructure developments

• Monitor the implementation of BIM/CAD tools, systems, procedures and guidance

• Manage feedback on opportunities for improvements to BIM systems, procedures and guidance

The ideal candidate must have at least a Degree/Masters in Architectural, Civil or with an extremely substantial ability to lead the BIM design practice. You are expected to have strong experience in a similar role with good knowledge of current practices, codes of conducts and procedures, with the know-how in leadership management. Heavy regional travelling across Asia Pacific is crucial.
