ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

A Scandinavian Petrochemical/Refiner is currently seeking an established Maintenance Engineer to join their reputable organization as part of their development and expansion plans. With the opportunity for a myriad of growth and learning environment coupled with the prospect of expanding one's established portfolio, the role entails one to:

  • To head the Technical Department in taking charge of the function of managing Technical & Maintenance activities.

  • To be responsible with Company's QESH Management System and ensure that respective staff is following the correct application.

  • Responsible for department budget, yearly plan and manpower management

  • Responsible for department personnel safety and health

  • Responsible for staff development and training

  • To ensure the technical matters communication

  • Responsible for the facilities, equipment, measuring tools, responsible for factory maintenance & modification

  • Planning for yearly SDM

  • Responsible for TCD activity of Technical Department

  • To take charge of company emergency response team

Requirements

The successful candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/Masters in a relevant Engineering/Science discipline with at least 3-5 years of prior working experience in an Oil, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Chemical processing plant. Technical Engineering know-how, maintenance engineering, and a strong work ethic with positive attitude and ability to make timely decision through good analytical process & problem solving is expected.
