We represent a European Profile Systems Practice as part of their expansion plans across South East Asia.

• Managing from design phase through delivery to handover

• Managing the project planning and execution of system profiles and glass-major construction works at the site

• Facilitating internal and external communication to clearly define a project scope, milestone, updates, delays, deliverables and escalate issues appropriately

• Leading and coordinating activities of the project to ensure project progress on schedule and within budget

• Promoting safety and assisting with the implementation of all applicable EHS programs, policies and procedures

• Building and sustaining relationships proactively with Clients and sub contractors.

• Reviewing project proposal or plan to fully understand the scope of the work and contract to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedure for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project under general supervision.

• Conferring and advising project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties and responsibilities

• Monitoring the planning, development, implementation, construction and testing activities and reports on issues, delays and changes or concerns to management

• Completing the estimation work as necessary, reviewing bid requirements and following up ensuring all information is acquired during bid day.

The ideal candidate must have at least a Degree/Diploma in any Technical Engineering or Civil discipline with at least 5-8 years of prior experience serving within the Glass Facade and Systems Profiles engineering practice. Good functional experience and knowledge in MS Project is an added advantage. You are expected to have strong experience in a similar role with good knowledge of current practices, codes of conducts and procedures. You must have a good command of spoken and written English, and be assertive and confident in nature.
