Responsibilities revolve around the need to

• Responding as needed to resolve equipment problems and maintenance activities.

• Routine mainteancne planning, preventive and corrective, turnaround planning

• Provide supervision and resourcing to the in-house maintenance contractor crew to improve productivity and maintenance cost.

• Track, monitor and analyze maintenance key planning and scheduling performance indicators on a monthly basis for continuous improvements and development.

• To be the contact on all aspects of planing scheduling activities, working closely with all levels of maintenance team to support and meet operations expectations and plant requirement

• Responsible for store management in term of spare parts availability, accuracy and cost optimization.

• Follow up on works in plant, including verification of contractor works and time.

• Work with contract administrators to ensure all contracted tasks are competently and safely managed and achieved. Manage and resolve any conflicts / issues arise

• Plan and lead operations-maintenance daily meeting together with the Production Specialist.

• Ensure materials, parts and external services availability for maintenance work.

Requirements

To qualify, the candidate should possess a relevant Diploma/NITEC in Engineering related disciplines with a minimal of 1-2 years of prior experience serving a range of facilities from the Industrial, Manufacturing/Engineering, Process, Plant or related environment performing a similar role. Must be comfortable to perform 12-Hour Rotating Shift pattern at Jurong Island location.
