Our Associate Consultant Program offers an opportunity for Consultants to make your mark straight away. Intended as a 360-Consultant function, Consultants are exposed to both Client and Candidate management responsibilities within an intensive 6-months comprehensive training phase.

The role offers a large level of strategic input over the long-term, with a clear remit to grow the team in size, mandates and capabilities of the Specialist-Desk.

The opportunity available is to develop the Technical Practice under the Bayes brand, over the Thai market, to be based in Bangkok. Due to nature of the placement of the role, we require applicants with strong proficiency in both the English and Thai language. The applicant (should your Nationality not be a Singapore Citizen), must also be willing and comfortable to work in Singapore for a period of 12-months as part of our assimilation program.
