We represent a local Infrastructures Developer in a Township Management function.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering planning frameworks and exemplary regeneration projects throughout the planning process and deep understanding of planning policy with a deep understanding of engagement, consultation and masterplanning, with a core focus on strategic town planning

• Deep understanding of the design process and creativity

• Client facing skills with ability to communicate at senior levels and across a range of stakeholders

• Lead and deliver a mix of regeneration projects through all stages of the planning submission process

• Give strategic planning guidance and advice to clients and cities

• Provide senior leadership and technical guidance across the business

• Build planning capability and develop the team’s skills and expertise

• Provide thought leadership and represent the firm organization in conferences and events

The ideal candidate must have at least a Degree/Masters in Architectural, Civil or relevant Engineering discipline with at least 15 years of planning experience pertaining to township and livable-cities. You are expected to have strong experience in a similar role with good knowledge of current practices, codes of conducts and procedures. You must have a good command of spoken and written English, and be assertive and confident in nature. Knowledge of design codes and practices within the environmental/infrastructures practice is crucial.
